Tired of your exercise routine? Try the Ultimate Body Workout!   This total body conditioning  involves both strength and cardio exercise. This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength.

Spin it Out

This  fun indoor cycling class is the ultimate calorie killer. Go at your own pace and enjoy the group ride with various terrains, speeds and intensities. Riders can burn an average of 500-600 calories in one session. All fitness levels are encouraged.

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.


We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Tween & Teen

This class is designed for our younger clients. Girls ages 10 - 14 are welcome to join in this workout designed specifically for kids of all fitness levels. You don’t have to be an athlete. Learn some fun new exercises, make friends, and get fit!
