This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 

The Total Body Workout


Tired of your exercise routine? Try the Total Body Workout!   This total body conditioning  involves both strength and cardio exercise. This class is a total body workout! We will use resistance and cardio training techniques to improve your endurance and help you build strength. 



 In this class the basic, foundation yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. ... Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body's range of motion with standing postures, twists, back bends, forward folds, and hip openers. 

Spin it Out


This  fun indoor cycling class is the ultimate calorie killer. Go at your own pace and enjoy the group ride with various terrains, speeds and intensities. Riders can burn an average of 500-600 calories in one session. All fitness levels are encouraged.

Stretch & Strengthen


This class is a full body, high intensity, low impact workout targeting different muscle groups. Using your own body's resistance while building personal strength. We focus on improving core strength, increasing flexibility and burning calories.  All fitness levels are encouraged.       

Buns & Guns


This 45 minute class focuses on firming, lifting and building the perfect Booty, including firming & toning the upper body

This combination class will have you spending 30 minutes on the bike for an amazing cardio workout and the last 20 minutes pumping weights to build and tone your upper body.

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. 

Tween & Teen


This class is designed for our younger clients. Girls ages 10 - 14 are welcome to join in this workout designed specifically for kids of all fitness levels. You don’t have to be an athlete. Learn some fun new exercises, make friends, and get fit!
