Strength with Steph is a weight training workout toning every major muscle group in your body. This low impact resistance class uses a variety of different types of weights, bars & bands. All levels welcome!

With no equipment needed, the workout combines movements from Western Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more to teach anyone how to move and train like a fighter—with agility, control, balance, and precision. It’s a high-energy workout, with 3-minute Rounds of fight combinations, spikes, and conditioning movements. Throughout the class, the focus is core-centric movement designed to develop a strong, powerful core.
This class incorporates yoga postures with gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation techniques that bring increased awareness and mindfulness to the breath and body. This class focuses on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. Maggie offers a variety of modifications to encourage the participation of everyone. All levels welcome!
This fun indoor cycling class is the ultimate calorie killer. Go at your own pace and enjoy the group ride with various terrains, speeds and intensities. Riders can burn an average of 500-600 calories in one session. All fitness levels are encouraged.
